Store In Charge (Start August 2026)

About the role

The School Store In Charge will lead the daily operations of the on‑site retail outlet at GEMS Founders School, Dubai South. This role starts in August 2026 and offers the chance to contribute to a vibrant school community while ensuring excellent service for students, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and merchandising to meet demand.
• Supervise and train store staff, fostering a customer‑focused environment.
• Maintain accurate financial records, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
• Collaborate with school administration to align store offerings with school events and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent secondary school qualification (Grade 12).
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar retail or store management role.
• Creative, enthusiastic attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to actively participate in extra‑curricular and community‑based events.
