Store Manager – Athleta (Palm Jumeirah Mall)

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Athleta boutique at Palm Jumeirah Mall, driving sales performance and delivering the brand’s luxury experience to customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building a loyal VIP customer base, and ensuring the store operates in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead by example, embodying the brand’s values in all customer and team interactions.
• Manage the customer database to nurture relationships and generate future sales opportunities.
• Stay informed on trends, product launches and competitor activity, feeding insights to back‑office teams.
• Conduct quarterly SWOT analyses and discuss outcomes with the team and line manager.
• Leverage both online and offline points of sale to maximise hybrid selling opportunities.
• Provide clear vision and direction to the team, recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
• Foster a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail store management, preferably in fashion or luxury segments.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with VIP customers.
• Leadership skills to recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing team.
• Excellent communication skills and alignment with brand values.
