Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Dubai showroom. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales of our 4x4 equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of store presentation.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising and loss‑prevention measures.
• Recruit, train, motivate and supervise store staff.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store management and retail operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of retail loss‑prevention strategies.
• Inventory management and visual merchandising expertise.
