About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our remote team and drive growth for our Web3 marketing services. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships within the crypto ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Web3 and crypto sectors.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long‑term clients.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market presence and revenue.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and current clients.
Required profile
- Proven experience in new business development and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Background in account management and client relationship maintenance.
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or crypto industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
