Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead all aspects of one Minimalist store in the UAE, ensuring operational excellence and delivering a luxury customer experience. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and building strong relationships with customers and the team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and floor supervision.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while monitoring conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, pricing, and handling; conduct regular stock counts and enforce loss‑prevention practices.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation are consistently upheld.
• Lead customer experience on the floor, handle VIP clients and resolve complex situations.
• Manage team scheduling, task allocation, performance reviews and foster a positive work environment.
• Conduct onboarding, training and product updates; identify skill gaps and coordinate with the Retail Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a retail store or boutique, preferably in luxury or fashion.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for high‑quality products.
