Store Manager – Jacquemus (The Grove, Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Jacquemus boutique at The Grove in Abu Dhabi, driving business performance, achieving sales targets, and cultivating a loyal VIP customer base while ensuring strict adherence to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying the brand’s values in all customer and team interactions.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and generate future selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends, product launches and competitor activity, providing feedback to back‑office teams.
• Conduct quarterly SWOT analyses and discuss outcomes with the team and line manager.
• Leverage both online and offline points of sale, thinking hybrid to maximise sales.
• Provide clear vision and direction to the team, recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
• Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness.
