Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Dubai retail outlet of Apparel Group, driving sales performance while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the store meets brand standards and loyalty program targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by guiding and motivating the retail team.
• Implement and enforce operating procedures, brand policies and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, minimise stock loss and oversee stockroom management.
• Conduct weekly audits of store administration and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage staff scheduling, leave requests and address grievances.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to increase repeat business.
• Provide regular feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager on employee performance and product issues.
• Ensure store security vigilance and compliance with safety protocols.

Required profile

• Fashion‑forward, well‑groomed with up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle heavy lifting.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coach staff.
• Experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
