About the role
The Store Manager will lead a sports‑focused retail outlet, driving sales through efficient operations, compelling visual merchandising and excellent customer service. You will coach and motivate a team of store personnel, ensuring high standards of performance and adherence to brand guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Implement visual merchandising standards that showcase sports brands effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain store staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits and manage replenishment.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to adjust strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 5‑7 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong background in the sports industry preferred.
