About the role

The Store Supervisor supports the Management Team in achieving store targets through effective team leadership and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets.
Provide exemplary customer service by following policies, offering product information and maintaining a courteous attitude.
Manage operational aspects such as staff scheduling and coordination with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth store operations.
Conduct technical training for store staff on products, customer service standards and policy requirements.
Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge on designs, trends, quality issues and availability.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar supervisory role.
Retail experience in fashion brands is mandatory.
Knowledge of local culture and sensitivities.
Proficiency with MS Office.
