Storekeeper – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Storekeeper – Food & Beverage will manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and uninterrupted supply for the hospitality business. This role is essential for maintaining material accountability and supporting procurement, finance and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify and safely store all materials and supplies.
• Process material issues, receipts and stock transfers through the inventory management system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transaction history.
• Perform daily, monthly and ad‑hoc stock reconciliations.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
• Prepare inventory, stock variance and consumption analysis reports.
• Coordinate material requests and deliveries with Procurement, Finance and operational departments.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, asset‑management requirements and audit standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict audit and compliance guidelines.
