Storekeeper – Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Storekeeper to join our Stores Team at the Head Office in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah. The role is central to maintaining accurate stock levels, handling orders, and supporting all departments with timely material supply.

Key responsibilities

• Plan storage requirements and conditions for assigned stores.
• Prepare work schedules for store and workshop staff to ensure continuous coverage.
• Maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages, expenditures, and goods received, used, or issued.
• Receive store materials according to purchase orders.
• Issue, arrange, and record semi‑finished materials from production.
• Keep the store neat, tidy, and well‑organized.
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and support all departments while preventing errors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma holder; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• 4–6 years of experience in stores handling industrial materials or equipment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and inventory systems.
