Strategic Partnerships Manager - Dubai

About the role

Sokin is seeking a commercially‑driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to join its global Partnerships team in Dubai. You will lead the development of new strategic alliances with mid‑to‑enterprise clients across the GCC, focusing on cross‑border payment solutions that generate revenue and expand market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a target list of prospective partners aligned with Sokin’s strategic objectives in the UAE and wider GCC.
• Own the full sales pipeline—from prospect identification to contract negotiation and closure.
• Engage senior decision‑makers and negotiate partnership agreements that deliver mutual value.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership solutions.
• Coordinate with the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager and GCC Embedded Partnership Director on segment prioritisation.
• Hand over closed deals to the Partner Relationship Manager and support early‑stage partnership activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships or sales within financial services, payments, remittance or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to build a pipeline and close partnership deals independently.
• Strong understanding of the GCC payments ecosystem, including fintech, banks, FIs, e‑commerce platforms, marketplaces, travel and logistics.
• Experience targeting mid‑enterprise organisations with foreign‑exchange and cross‑border payment needs.
