Strategic Security Advisor

About the role

TrendAI, the AI security division of Trend Micro, is looking for a Strategic Security Advisor to own business and security outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers in the UAE. You will act as the trusted security expert, guiding customers through security posture evolution and ensuring post‑sales delivery aligns with their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a Security Account Success Plan (ASP) and monthly credit burn curve aligned with executive sponsors.
• Develop target‑state security architectures, conduct gap analyses, and create deployment blueprints for XDR, identity, email, cloud security, and exposure management solutions.
• Drive rapid Time‑to‑Value and deliver measurable first security wins.
• Identify expansion opportunities such as credit top‑ups, additional modules, and multi‑year commitments.
• Lead executive cadence, architecture reviews, quarterly business reviews, and value reviews linking telemetry to risk reduction.
• Perform security maturity assessments using MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and Zero Trust frameworks.
• Facilitate security workshops, threat‑hunting sessions, capture‑the‑flag events, and tabletop exercises.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security consulting or advisory roles with a strong customer‑success focus.
• Ability to engage senior executives and translate technical outcomes into business value.
• Excellent analytical skills and a track record of delivering security architecture solutions.
