Strategic Sourcing & Tender Manager – Russian Language

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing & Tender Manager who will drive our purchasing and supply‑chain activities in Dubai. The role requires fluency in English and Russian and will support the development of supplier strategies for our premium bathroom product line.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier strategies, including selection criteria, cost optimisation and market analysis.
• Organise and conduct tender processes: prepare documentation, evaluate proposals and recommend suppliers.
• Maintain the supplier database, source new suppliers, conduct annual performance evaluations and create improvement plans.
• Lead negotiations, support contract preparation, review and execution.
• Monitor supplier performance dashboards, analyse key metrics and produce reports with recommendations.
• Manage supplier claims, document non‑compliance, prepare claims and assist in dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, supplier sourcing and tender management from the buyer’s side.
• Direct procurement experience for products intended for resale in a trading or distribution business.
• Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive mindset with excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong analytical capability and comfort working with large data sets.
