About the role
As a Student Recruitment Manager you will join the fast‑moving MCM team in Dubai, responsible for advising candidates and promoting our programmes. You will work closely with schools, agents and corporate partners to attract and enrol new students.
Key responsibilities
- Visit schools and education events across the region to promote programmes.
- Counsel prospective students and conduct campus tours.
- Coordinate with agents and corporate partners.
- Support candidates with required admissions documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Assist the team with marketing campaigns.
- Interact with customers professionally, aligned with MCM values.
- Consistently meet and exceed team targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in the education industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding team targets (sales experience preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
- Passion for working in an international, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
