Students Supervisor – Al Maharat

About the role

The UAE National Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the Al Maharat campus staff, ensuring that institutional policies, procedures, and quality standards are consistently applied. This full‑time position reports to senior management and plays a key role in maintaining a professional and safe learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned staff.
• Monitor employee performance, provide guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
• Prepare work schedules and assign duties.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
• Conduct staff orientation and on‑the‑job training when required.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (High School Diploma acceptable).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
