Superintendent Fleet Operations

About the role

The Superintendent Fleet Operations will lead daily marine terminal activities, ensuring safe and efficient services for vessels and other marine units. Reporting to the department manager, this role is pivotal in maintaining high‑quality operational standards for ADNOC Logistics & Services.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control terminal operational activities to meet quality and safety criteria.
• Allocate daily tasks according to roles, monitor outcomes, and ensure cost‑effective service delivery.
• Set performance goals, establish schedules, and track staff progress against departmental objectives.
• Monitor and enforce operational controls to comply with safety policies.
• Evaluate work progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop contingency plans and participate in emergency drills to safeguard personnel, environment, and facilities.
• Review reports, log books, and statistics submitted by staff and vessel masters.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising marine terminal or fleet operations.
• Strong ability to allocate tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess reports and operational data.
