Supervisor / Foreman – Interiors & Fit‑out

About the role

Crystal Fit is seeking an experienced Supervisor/Foreman to lead interior fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing construction activities, managing site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily tasks and coordinate site activities for interior fit‑out projects.
• Manage workers, subcontractors and material usage on‑site.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance standards throughout the project.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers and clients to resolve on‑site issues.
• Monitor project progress, schedule and budget adherence.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a construction supervisor or foreman in the UAE.
• Relevant certifications or technical training in construction or interior fit‑out management.
• Valid UAE driving licence (own car is an advantage) and good physical condition.
