Supervisor Rigging

About the role

The Supervisor Rigging will lead maintenance activities for rigging and heavy‑lifting operations across ADNOC’s refining, fertilizer and Borouge sites. The role ensures safe execution in line with HSE requirements while delivering projects on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise assigned personnel for rigging, manual lifting and material‑handling jobs.
• Receive planned and ad‑hoc job requests, allocate tasks and provide technical guidance.
• Inspect completed work to verify conformity with procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with planning and other functions to execute all rigging and material‑handling activities.
• Review rigging plans with the Rigging Engineer and ensure compliance with international safety standards.
• Conduct daily/weekly safety toolbox talks and enforce ADNOC HSE policies.
• Maintain and update the maintenance program to keep equipment reliable.
• Assist in budget preparation, monitor variances and support cost control.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in rigging, heavy lifting or related maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and ADNOC safety policies.
• Ability to review and approve rigging plans and conduct safety inspections.
• Experience coordinating with multiple OPCOs and planning teams.
• Good understanding of budgeting and cost‑control processes.
