Supervisor, Road Operations

About the role

The Supervisor, Road Operations will oversee daily fleet, transport and administrative activities, ensuring smooth cross‑border and domestic deliveries. This role supports the Dubai operation by maintaining asset registers, coordinating vendor processes and managing internal billing cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day fleet, transport and operational administrative tasks.
• Coordinate cross‑border and domestic transport operations for timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update the department asset register for office equipment.
• Manage vendor RFQ processes and prepare LPOs in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain operating systems (JOBS/Micro Transport) with accurate, timely data.
• Oversee monthly internal asset billing and ensure accurate reporting.
• Administer HR processes related to absenteeism and overtime.
• Ensure QA/QC of SLA/SOP compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager – Transport.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
• Strong communication, analytical and planning abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
