About the role

We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead our deck and jacket fabrication and welding activities. The role reports to the production manager and ensures all work follows NMDC Energy’s standards and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate welding operations on decks and jackets.
Monitor fabrication processes to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
Manage the welding team, assign tasks, and oversee daily progress.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain documentation.

Required profile

Minimum 15 years of experience in deck and jacket fabrication and welding.
Proven ability to lead welding teams in an industrial environment.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes and industry standards.
