Supply Chain Executive – Dubai

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive will lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) business in Dubai. You will be responsible for procurement, inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring seamless flow of materials from suppliers to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement, inventory, logistics and distribution processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure timely material delivery and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor stock, demand forecasts and inventory planning to avoid shortages or excess.
• Handle import/export documentation and work with freight forwarders, customs agents and logistics providers.
• Track shipments, resolve logistics issues and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and delivery terms to achieve cost savings.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Process purchase orders, monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate supply chain records and generate reports using ERP systems and Excel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management and logistics processes.
• Experience with import/export documentation and shipment coordination.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
