Supply Chain Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead its end‑to‑end supply chain operations in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for designing and executing a robust strategy that covers procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control to support a high‑growth manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain a network of local and international suppliers, handling sourcing, evaluation, negotiation and contract administration.
• Coordinate with production planning to ensure timely material availability.
• Establish and optimise inventory management systems, warehouse operations and material handling procedures.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, managing freight forwarders and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and proper documentation.
• Support ERP implementation and configuration for supply chain functions.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures and KPIs to drive efficiency.
• Identify cost‑reduction, process‑improvement and risk‑mitigation opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and develop procurement, warehousing and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven track record of building or improving supply chain operations, preferably in greenfield or high‑growth environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and decision‑making ability.
• Experience working in the UAE/GCC region is preferred.
