Supply Chain Trainee – Luxury Retail (Emiratisation)

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group’s High‑End Luxury business as a Supply Chain Trainee and gain hands‑on exposure to the operational engine behind luxury retail. You will rotate across multiple brands, learning how products and materials move from warehouse to store while supporting day‑to‑day supply chain activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support stock allocation and movement of products from warehouse to store for luxury brands.
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to meet stock requirements and ensure store readiness.
• Maintain Excel trackers and assist with regular operational reporting.
• Gain exposure to supply chain systems, including Blue Yonder integration.
• Support PLV and packaging management (shopping bags, stickers, wrapping paper, etc.).
• Assist with placing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and following up on timelines and stock availability.
• Support merchandise planning activities across brands such as Ferragamo and Jimmy Choo Fragrances.
• Work with planning data, product flows, and store requirements to understand order planning and distribution.

• Interest in supply chain operations within the luxury retail sector.
• Motivation to learn and rotate across different functional areas.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
