Supply Planner

About the role

Epson Middle East is seeking a Supply Planner to ensure product availability for its Dubai hub and across Epson Europe warehouses. The role covers the full planning cycle, from receiving forecasts from the Japanese headquarters to daily distribution planning, with a strong focus on SAP and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Check, validate and upload forecasts received from the Forecast Planner into SAP on required dates.
• Participate in monthly Forecast Sign‑Off meetings and align supply planning parameters with business units.
• Maintain stock availability across Europe warehouses with a nine‑month forward view, analysing supply chain data and negotiating adjustments with HQ.
• Create and monitor purchase orders to facilitate inbound stock.
• Develop and publish a two‑month distribution plan, updating it daily based on business inputs, delivery changes and shipping methods.
• Manage the Priority Order Management process, confirming stock availability for specific customers.
• Prepare and analyse regular demand, supply, slow‑moving stock and KPI reports, highlighting exceptions and proposing improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in supply chain planning and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP) experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• PowerPoint proficiency.
