Supply Planning Analyst – Regional Operations

About the role

Brown-Forman is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to lead forecasting, inventory planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for its regional hub in Dubai. You will work at the intersection of Global Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and Customer Service, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the monthly consensus forecast with commercial teams and maintain cloud‑based forecasting tools.
• Lead IBP alignment meetings, analyse demand shifts, risks and opportunities, and report on KPI such as Forecast Accuracy and SMOG.
• Partner with Global Supply Planning to maintain target stock levels, manage allocation of high‑demand and limited‑edition packs, and execute SAP MIGO transactions for inbound shipments.
• Support new product launches with cross‑functional coordination and oversee local rework scheduling and packaging material planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in demand or supply planning and IBP meetings.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; diverse supply‑chain background is a plus.
