Support Engineer 2 – Pharmacy Millennium Solution

About the role

Oracle Health is seeking a Support Engineer 2 to provide functional and technical expertise for the Pharmacy Millennium Solution. In this role you will troubleshoot complex issues, maintain critical applications and ensure a high‑quality experience for Oracle’s healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise to clients using Oracle Cerner solutions.
• Prioritize, plan and manage issue resolution independently and with cross‑functional teams.
• Investigate front‑end application issues by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users and testing workflows.
• Troubleshoot workflows internally and externally to identify root causes and support resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge‑transfer materials and investigation records throughout the support lifecycle.
• Support incident resolution and application maintenance to deliver value for Oracle and its clients.
• Collaborate in a fast‑paced support environment to address client needs and improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in healthcare information technology, software implementation, project or program management, client relationship management, or other client‑facing HCIT solution work.
• Experience working with Cerner Millennium Pharmacy and Point of Care products.
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation as needed.
• Fluent English language skills.
