About the role
We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide production support for digital banking, wealth management, and investment platforms in an enterprise banking environment. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires strong technical expertise in cloud and container technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Support digital channels and wealth management platforms.
- Manage Kubernetes, OpenShift, and AWS EKS environments.
- Maintain API gateway, ETL processes, CI/CD pipelines, and middleware platforms.
- Coordinate production incidents, releases, and vendor interactions.
- Ensure SLA compliance and support project implementation.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production support for banking or financial services platforms.
- Strong background in cloud-native and container orchestration technologies.
- Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi on a full‑time basis.
