Support & Maintenance Specialist

About the role

The Support & Maintenance Specialist is responsible for providing L3 technical support and maintaining GPSSA’s front‑end systems and data platforms. You will work closely with the Digital Hub and Data & AI teams to resolve incidents, manage service requests, and ensure smooth deployment of system releases and updates.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to complex incidents and service requests for front‑end systems, digital channels, enterprise integration, and data platforms, ensuring rapid resolution.
• Use advanced monitoring tools to proactively identify and prevent potential issues, maintaining optimal system performance.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for recurring problems and implement long‑term fixes.
• Coordinate release management for software changes, new features, and updates while adhering to change‑management procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance, system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and apply necessary fixes to ensure high availability.
• Validate readiness of updates and system changes before deployment to minimize disruption.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and lessons learned to build a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data & AI, helpdesk, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration and consistent service quality.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement of system performance and user experience.
