System Administrator – Microsoft Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator with strong hands‑on expertise in Microsoft infrastructure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise Microsoft environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments, including OS management, patching, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
• Manage Active Directory Domain Services, including users, groups, organizational units, and domain controllers.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO) across the enterprise.
• Administer File and Print Servers and related infrastructure services.
• Manage and support Windows Server clustering and high‑availability environments.
• Use SCCM/MECM for software deployment, patch management, and endpoint administration.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services and related administration.
• Monitor system health, capacity, availability, and performance, ensuring security, stability, and compliance.

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Windows Server.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Hands‑on experience with SCCM/MECM.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with File/Print Services and Windows Server clustering.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities in enterprise Microsoft environments.
