System Analyst (Emirati Talent)

About the role

The System Analyst (Emirati Talent) will design, operate, secure and continuously improve enterprise IT systems that underpin critical business operations. The role focuses on enhancing cybersecurity resilience and ensuring service continuity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain on‑premises and Microsoft cloud infrastructure.
• Secure enterprise systems and manage cybersecurity measures.
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability and service continuity.
• Apply ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience managing enterprise on‑premises and Microsoft cloud environments.
• Familiarity with information security, compliance and governance frameworks (ISO 27001 preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.
