Talent Acquisition Coordinator – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to support our recruitment team in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure smooth coordination of interview processes, maintain accurate candidate records, and deliver a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage interview logistics, including meeting invitations, room bookings, virtual interview links, and candidate communications.
• Monitor recruitment progress, provide timely updates to candidates, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Leverage ATS, reporting platforms, and AI‑driven tools to maintain recruitment dashboards and analytics, delivering real‑time insights on hiring activity, time‑to‑fill, and candidate pipelines.
• Collect and verify documentation for successful candidates, conduct reference checks, and support background verification processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, HR operations or administration.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and HR reporting tools.
• Exposure to recruitment across multiple countries or business units is highly preferred.
