Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a future luxury resort opening in 2027 near Dubai, is building a world‑class hospitality brand. The Talent Acquisition Executive will join the Talent Acquisition team to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for this high‑growth project.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Perform reference checks and verify candidate qualifications.
• Prepare offer letters, support onboarding and ensure new hires have required resources.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, source of hire) and report on process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Previous recruitment or HR experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using resume databases.
