Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are scaling across regions and need a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our friendly, non‑hierarchical team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring quality and a positive candidate experience while supporting growth in Product, Sales, Data & AI, Finance, and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess inbound applications for multiple roles across various functions.
• Headhunt passive talent in the UAE and Ireland.
• Screen CVs and applications with a focus on relevance and potential.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate capability, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria beyond the job description.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process with clarity, fairness, and respect.
• Maintain accurate hiring data, pipelines, and status updates.
• Help ensure new hires contribute positively to team culture and raise the bar.

Required profile

• Honest, respectful, and generally positive attitude.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality work.
• Data‑driven mindset for continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting hiring for Sales/GTM roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience.
