Talent Acquisition Specialist – Construction

About the role

We are a leading construction company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Dubai team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process across the UAE, partnering with hiring managers to attract high‑quality talent for a wide range of functions and seniority levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across various markets and disciplines.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews and assessments.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define vacancy requirements and candidate profiles.
• Head‑hunt passive candidates and engage relevant talent pools.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure clear communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support the development of recruitment strategies for the UAE market.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
• Strong sourcing and head‑hunting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and vacancies at once.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable working across different cultures and geographical markets.
• Proactive, target‑driven and commercially minded attitude.
• Experience recruiting in the UAE is a plus but not mandatory.
