Talent Acquisition Specialist – Group Companies

About the role

We are seeking a highly proactive and results‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and headhunting for our group of companies. The role works closely with the Group MD and business unit heads to secure top talent across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding handover.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, professional networks, job portals, agencies and direct headhunting.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for retail, luxury retail, gold/bullion, F&B, hospitality, supermarket and manufacturing sectors.
• Screen CVs, conduct first‑round interviews, shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules with senior managers.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks and sourcing advice to hiring managers.
• Lead offer negotiations, ensure a positive candidate experience and hand over onboarding documentation.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and support workforce planning for new showrooms, cafés, outlets and manufacturing sites.

Required profile

• Proactive, results‑oriented recruitment professional.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment market and an established professional network.
• Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and manage multiple hiring priorities.
