Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

AMCO HR – Dubai is looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing international staffing operation. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, work closely with UAE and GCC clients, and source talent from a wide range of international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: from client brief to candidate mobilisation, including job description creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, documentation, visa processing and deployment.
• Handle high‑volume GCC hiring, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for recurring needs.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans for blue‑collar, skilled, semi‑skilled and white‑collar roles across multiple industries.
• Coordinate with international manpower agencies, manage bulk hiring campaigns, and oversee multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Support business development activities by identifying new client opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of staffing and recruiting experience, including 3‑5 years as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven track record in UAE/GCC recruitment and international manpower sourcing.
• Experience in bulk hiring, managing corporate client relationships, and coordinating with overseas recruitment agencies.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment processes, visa procedures, and candidate mobilisation.
