Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Abronn FZE is seeking a full‑time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions across the company. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent that supports the company’s growth in ambulance conversions, special vehicles, and medical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers and handling multiple requisitions.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of HR and recruitment best practices; experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or automotive sectors is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience using HR databases.
• Competence with common productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets, and video‑conferencing platforms.
