Talent Development Lead

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a Talent Development Lead to shape and execute its learning and development strategy across world‑class attractions in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to create impactful learning solutions that drive performance and foster a culture of continuous growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and park leaders to identify department‑specific learning needs.
• Design, develop, and deliver workshops covering technical, knowledge‑based, and soft‑skill topics for employees at all levels.
• Create engaging online learning content using tools such as Articulate and VYond.
• Launch and manage learning solutions on platforms including Viva Engage, Loop, LMS, and Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain accurate learning records, produce reports, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Support Emiratization initiatives, internship programs, cross‑training, and multiskilling projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in learning needs analysis, program design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
