Talent Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, documentation, and talent reporting. The role ensures new hires experience a structured, professional onboarding process and supports the performance management framework.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full onboarding process from offer acceptance through probation, preparing schedules, welcome packs, and induction materials.
• Work with IT, Administration, Finance and other departments to arrange system access, equipment, and workspaces before start dates.
• Deliver or arrange orientation sessions covering policies, benefits, and workplace expectations.
• Ensure completion and proper filing of all employment documents, forms, acknowledgements and approvals.
• Schedule introductory meetings, departmental inductions, training sessions and stakeholder briefings.
• Monitor onboarding progress through regular check‑ins, collect feedback and suggest improvements.
• Maintain onboarding checklists, trackers and employee files.
• Track probation periods, confirmation dates and review deadlines; notify managers and provide assessment templates.
• Follow up with managers to guarantee timely probation evaluations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR or talent operations, preferably with a focus on onboarding and probation management.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees, managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail in handling documentation and maintaining accurate records.
