Tax Consultant – Sales (Dubai)

About the role

The Tax Consultant – Sales will provide expert tax advice to clients while actively promoting RadiantBiz’s tax and advisory services. Based in Dubai, you will work on‑site with entrepreneurs, SMEs and multinational organisations to help them navigate corporate tax and VAT requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tax assessments and explain UAE tax regulations, corporate tax and VAT implications to prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and review tax‑related documentation and support clients during tax audits or inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate tax compliance and alignment with clients’ business setups.
• Maintain strong client relationships, generate new business opportunities and contribute to sales targets through cross‑selling of tax advisory services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business or a related field; professional certifications such as CTA, CPA or ACCA are a plus.
• Experience in corporate tax, VAT and international tax advisory within the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex tax concepts in clear language.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with tax software and ERP systems.
