Tax Manager

About the role

Ajax Systems, a leading international technology and security systems manufacturer, is expanding its Group Tax Team. The Tax Manager will oversee tax matters for the Group’s entities across the UAE, EU, North America and Vietnam, ensuring compliance and supporting global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance, reporting and filing for multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies aligned with business expansion.
• Coordinate transfer pricing documentation, including Master File and Local File.
• Lead interactions with external tax advisors and review their deliverables.
• Assess and mitigate tax risks, ensuring adherence to local, EU and international regulations.
• Support the establishment of new legal entities and model tax impacts of business structures.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of professional experience in international corporate taxation.
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax and double taxation treaties.
• Hands‑on experience with transfer pricing, OECD guidelines, BEPS initiatives and CFC rules.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and multiple workstreams.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
