Tax Manager – UAE Real Estate Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our UAE tax function, focusing on real estate development projects. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with UAE corporate tax, VAT, and international tax regulations while providing strategic tax advice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage UAE corporate tax calculations, filings and compliance for multiple entities.
• Oversee VAT compliance, returns, assessments and related matters.
• Advise on tax implications of real estate acquisitions, developments, investments and disposals.
• Support international tax matters, cross‑border transactions and tax‑efficient structuring.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on the business.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, legal advisors and authorities.
• Handle tax audits, assessments, queries and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide tax analysis and reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of tax experience in the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience in UAE real estate development or investment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT.
• Exposure to International Tax and cross‑border transactions.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA or CTA preferred.
