Teaching Positions – Multiple Roles – Dubai 2026

About the role

Star International School is seeking qualified teachers for a range of positions across its Al Twar and Mirdif campuses in Dubai, starting August 2026. Candidates will plan, deliver and assess high‑quality learning experiences while contributing to a safe, inclusive and engaging environment aligned with the school’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the academic programme and curriculum.
• Promote innovative, student‑centred teaching practices.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate teaching staff; lead pedagogical meetings.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress and implement support strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and participate in school events.
• Prepare academic reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, UK QTS or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licence as required locally.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience; experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Sound knowledge of child development and age‑appropriate methodologies.
• Effective communication, planning, organisational and assessment abilities.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.
