Team Lead – Food & Beverage

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a proactive Team Lead for Food & Beverage at Madinat Jumeirah Resort, starting September 2026. The role involves guiding a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver seamless service across the resort’s restaurants, lounges and catering outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations, motivate staff and lead by example with integrity.
• Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks and brief team members on duties across departments.
• Ensure guests, clients and personnel are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
• Compile duty rosters, advise on changes and maintain accurate filing systems.
• Prepare operational reports and manage stock, inventories, vendor directories and contract agreements.
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints, record details and notify supervisors as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment, respecting cultural differences.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Opera (Cloud) property management system.
