Team Leader Contracts

About the role

The Team Leader – Contracts will oversee the full lifecycle of tendering, contract implementation and administration for ADNOC Logistics & Services. Working closely with end‑users, the role ensures that services are sourced on favourable terms, at optimal cost, and in compliance with legal and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and control tendering, implementation and administration of contracts, ensuring alignment with user requirements and cost objectives.
• Prepare routine and complex tender documents, evaluate bids and manage execution of contract documents.
• Handle post‑contract activities including amendments, variation orders, claims and dispute resolution.
• Propose enhancements to procurement policies and procedures, particularly for contracts, as directed by management.
• Share periodic analysis of progress, KPIs and bottlenecks with the team.
• Assist the Department Manager with various activities and deputise for the Department or Division Manager during absences.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work with users to define technical requirements and develop clear Statements of Requirements.
• Experience in assessing contractual practices against departmental and corporate objectives.
• Capability to recommend changes that mitigate contractual risks and protect company interests.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate tender outcomes and contract performance.
