Team Leader – Housekeeping

About the role

The Team Leader – Housekeeping will oversee daily housekeeping operations at Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi, ensuring that all guest areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation. You will lead a team of attendants, coordinate tasks and act as the primary point of contact for quality and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities across assigned zones.
• Lead, coach and schedule housekeeping attendants.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports using reporting tools.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualifications are a plus.
• 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory duties.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment and safety standards.
