Team Leader Housekeeping

About the role

As a Team Leader in Housekeeping at Atlantis The Palm, you will guide a team of attendants to maintain the resort’s high standards of cleanliness and guest service. You will coordinate daily tasks, inspect rooms and public areas, and ensure all operations align with the resort’s quality procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate daily housekeeping tasks and monitor progress.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to verify compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Support and motivate team members, providing coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• High school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management is a plus.
• Computer literacy with basic administrative skills.
