About the role
Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee daily operations within its hospitality environment in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while guiding and supporting a diverse team of staff.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of hospitality staff to achieve service standards.
- Manage day‑to‑day hotel operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for team members.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where needed.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospitality or hotel setting.
