Team Leader - Leasing

About the role

We are a well‑established Dubai brokerage with over 20 years of experience in sales and property management. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Leasing to head our leasing consultants, drive performance and maximise occupancy of luxury residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of leasing consultants.
• Set individual and team leasing targets and monitor performance.
• Reduce vacancy periods by ensuring units are actively marketed and leased.
• Oversee leasing of luxury and high‑value residential properties.
• Collaborate with the Property Management team on upcoming vacancies, renewals and landlord requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy and leasing turnaround time.
• Ensure units are correctly priced, marketed and followed up.
• Train and coach agents on prospecting, presentations, negotiations and client management.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify improvement areas.
• Support agents in closing complex, high‑value transactions.
• Maintain accurate CRM and property availability records.
• Monitor market trends, rental prices and competing listings across key Dubai areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of leasing experience, preferably in luxury residential markets.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high‑performing leasing team.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai rental market and landlord expectations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results‑oriented with a focus on reducing vacancy periods.
